Meet the Team

Lisa Vining, Director of Operations

Lisa is an Orlando native. She has her B.S.B.A. from U.C.F. She has worked at her mother’s florist shop, Walt Disney World, Lockheed Martin and SeaWorld in her high school and college years. 

Her first job, after graduating, was at Church Street Station in downtown Orlando. This nighttime and entertainment venue is no longer open but it is where Lisa met her husband Travis.

She then moved on to Freeman Decorating Company in their new department, Creative Services. This is where Lisa matured and developed as a professional in the Hospitality Industry holding positions with the National Association of Catering Executives and Co-Chairperson of the Convention Services Committee with the Orlando Bureau.

In 1995, her husband Travis opened Sunsational Receptive Tours. Three years later, Lisa joined the staff. She is now the senior employee with 13 years with the company. 

Lisa has one 15 year old daughter, Tori. She is a Florida Gator by marriage. And Lisa has one sister that lives in Colorado. Lisa enjoys cooking and playing spider solitaire. Lisa is currently studying to take her GRE to go back to school to get her masters in Hospitality Management.

Brad is the new/old guy at Sunsational. Originally starting off here as an intern while obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Brad went on to work in hotel operations as a Front Office Supervisor at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Downtown Disney, and then onto hospitality software & technology as an Inside Sales Manager at a leading hospitality technology company. Currently, Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Tourism Management, and a Master’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication, both from the University of Central Florida. He is also working toward a certificate in Ornithological Mysticism. (Not really). 

Tourism runs through Brad’s veins. His father, Ed Lattin, is the President/CEO of Educational Tours in Inverness, Florida. Brad recalls working for his father as a young tyke counting thousands of meal vouchers and on up to his college years working as a tour manager. Brad’s entrepreneurial spirit and interest in hospitality can be directly linked to his father, while his passion for service and desire to help others most likely comes from his mother, who runs a non-profit organization in Citrus County that provides food & clothing to needy children and the homeless.

Brad is a diehard Florida State Seminole fan and longs to one day own a dog. He speaks fluent English. He enjoys jogging and being lazy. He hates waking up in the morning, but loves being up in the morning. Some day in the very near future, Brad has decided that he will take up a new hobby: reading.

Tracy started with Sunsational in July 2011. She is originally from South Dakota and moved to Florida as a child with her family after her father was stationed at Patrick Air Force Base. Tracy has been in the hospitality industry since she began working. She started at McDonalds when she was 16 and fulfilled her childhood dream of having access to all the fast food she could eat. She then went on to attend the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Event Management and began working as a life guard at Wet ‘N Wild until she took an internship at the front desk of the Renaissance SeaWorld Orlando Hotel. Tracy also interned with Catholic Charities as a Special Events Intern and at SeaWorld as a Contemporary Marketing Team Ambassador. After she graduated college she left the hotel when she received the opportunity to begin training incoming interns at SeaWorld on a permanent basis. She had a whale of a time and did this until she joined the Sunsational Family.

Tracy’s ultimate dream is to see the Minnesota Vikings win their first Super Bowl. SKOL VIKINGS!

Travis F. Vining founded Sunsational Tours in November of 1995 and owned the company until 2008. Although his career path has changed dramatically since selling Sunsational Tours, he remains involved as a consultant, offering creative input and support during peak business periods. 

Travis is now an author and inspirational speaker. In 2009 he founded Victory Through Peace, a Community of Healing, Education and Miracles. The former travel executive now speaks to dozens of groups a year, detailing his experience with a tragic family upbringing and the spiritual journey that followed, allowing him to turn the liabilities of his childhood and early adult life into one of his greatest assets. He also teaches A Course In ForGiving and facilitates intensive healing retreats that focus on family of origin issues. . In partnership with ETI Christian Tours, he has recently added Spiritual Pilgrimages to The Holy Land to Victory Through Peace’s offerings.

His passion is his family, his work, and sharing the Miracle of Faith with his fellows! He loves watching his daughter play lacrosse and spending weekends with his wife and daughter.
